Why would a successful producer need a coach?

Why would a successful producer need a coach?

From a producer's standpoint, we all become blind to ourselves.

It's a lot like trying to convince an insured they need to bring in an outside loss
control / safety consultant. The insured argues that they are there everyday and
can spot the problems.

That's when you have them.

As insurance producers we bring an expertise and informed perspective that
the insured doesn't have.

You say to the client, "Yes, you are here everyday. Unsafe conditions or actions
develop slowly, over time. You get so used to seeing it, you don't really realize
how bad it has gotten. As an outsider I can immediately pick up on problem areas
because you get a fresh perspective that has not been conditioned over time."

This is pretty much the same with producers - and the agency.
Over time, focus is lost and bad habits take over.

But it is gradual, so we come to a point where we can no longer see what
we should/could be doing as well as what we should NOT be doing.

In the same way that we bring valuable perspective and expertise
to our insureds, an outside insurance professional coach can wake us
back to reality and show us where improvement is needed.

This is why Academy of Insurance has joined with Polestar to
deliver a unique training/coaching program for producers.

I'm personally really excited about this training/coaching program
because it's something that most producers don't have access to.
And since it's delivered via our online classroom, you can connect
from anywhere.

In short, here's what it is: eight 1.5 hour, high-density training sessions
are delivered over four months. You'll meet once every 2 weeks so you
have plenty of time to absorb what you've learned and start putting it into action.
All training sessions are delivered online and will be recorded for students
to download. The bi-weekly trainings are supplemented with producer-initiated,
one-on-one coaching. Because of this one-on-one attention, we can only
accept 20 producers to this program.

Here's the link to see an outline of the upcoming producer
development program and reserve one of the 20 seats.

I hope you will check out this exclusive producer development program.
